My wife and I had celebrated our 3 year anniversary here and we stayed from the 13 and checked out on the 15 of November. Thank you for making our stay special. Just for the record the hours for the pool is outdated and the pool is open 24 hours. I would like to add a special thank you to all those that were involved with making our room extra special 💖

We stayed here twice within a week while going to and from Wyoming - California. A perfect spot for spending a night or two. Rooms are clean, comfortable and big enough for a family of 2-4. They have pool/spa/gym, but we couldn’t use them since we were traveling early next morning. The star of this place is their hot free breakfast which they provide along with cold continental breakfast items. They have made to order breakfast burritos. They usually do with bacon, but since we don’t eat meat, the chef was kind enough to oblige us with burritos using potatoes, cheese and eggs. All in all we did stayed here again, and wouldn’t mind doing it again.

And here we go-> - they put us on the 3rd floor with a 3 year old (he loves to run and jump) and a 9 year old, so I'm sure our neighbors below us hated us. - there were 2 long unsavory hairs in the bathtub, and 1 SHORT CURLY UNSAVORY HAIR where you'd put your back if you took a bath. Both MEGA GROSS! - the restaurant WAAAAAAY OVER PRICED FOR THE FOOD... please go anywhere else to eat, elko has tons of amazing options, this is NOT one of them. Granted the chef can only do so much with a limited menu. But seriously the burger is worth 5$ NOT almost $20!!! - bartender (also server/waitress) had ZERO bedside manner,appeared to be very irritated that my family and I were there to utilize their dinner service. The sweet front desk girl ended up having to seat us, because again the bartender couldn't be bothered. She also took another family's order (who came in long after us) BEFORE ours, even after we'd been seated for 10 mins waiting for someone to at least acknowledge us. Apparently the secret is to walk right up to her in the FACE and just start giving her your order... so the entire RUBY experience left a worst taste in my mouth than liver and onions. And I was forced to leave a tip (I wouldn't have given her a penny, but was forced into a 15% one, I didn't even see a "no tip" option or a "different amount" option. I wanted all my money back for such a putrid experience, but was FORCED to tip her for her horrible treatment!!!!!!!
